Peggy Cappy's newest PBS special, HEART HEALTHY YOGA: YOGA FOR THE REST OF US, shows firsthand how yoga can have a positive impact on heart health and how the simplest stretches and exercises can be incorporated into anyones daily routine. In the new program, Cappy -- who made her mark in the world of yoga by developing and teaching an approach that makes yoga accessible to people of all ages, abilities and sizes -- shows viewers how the right exercises and yoga poses can dramatically protect the heart and improve overall health and flexibility.
