In this clip from "Poisoned Waters," correspondent Hedrick Smith investigates the alarming rate of "fish kills" in the rivers surrounding the Chesapeake Bay—hundreds of fish found floating belly-up—and genetic mutations among marine life in the area: frogs with six legs and other mutations, male amphibians with ovaries and female frogs with male genitalia.
