The Paul R. Knapp Animal Learning Center is a new addition at the Fair. One of it's big draws is that Fairgoers get to see the animal birthing process. The state-of-the-art, agriculture-based education facility walks attendees through the birthing process and shows the various stages of development for different species. It instructs children on the fundamentals of animal husbandry.
