The Iowa State Fair is just a wonderful blend of the old and the new. And we have a perfect example of that for you. At the Agriculture Building, Peter Hamlin found our oh-so-traditional butter cow sharing the cooler with a very contemporary, fantasy figure.
In her second year as lead sculptor in the butter case, Sarah Pratt takes on Harry Potter and a Jersey cow. Come inside the cooler with Peter Hamlin to get some insight on Sarah's sculpting history and personal approach to butter art.
