Steven Greenberg, the founder of a job-search web site, discusses the difficulties unemployed workers, specifically those over 40, face in the current job market despite their experience and expertise.

"Close to Home" airs Tuesday, Oct. 27 at 9PM on PBS (check local listings). Producer Ofra Bikel chronicles how the middle class is faring in this recession through the stories of the people who she's come to know at the hair salon she's frequented for the past twenty years.
