With a dash of secret ingredients here and a soak in some special marinades there, bar-b-que cooks from across the state vie for the top prize at the 44th annual Farm Bureau Cookout Contest. The only way to be one of the few allowed to "cook something up" on the Grand Concourse is to have had the top meal at a county fair. Check out the competition as Peter Hamlin strolls from grill to grill enjoying this special fare at the Fair.
