Commecial salmon fishermen off the Pacific coast, farmers in the high desert of Oregon, and a large power company all have one thing in common. A desire to make sure that there is enough water in the Klamath River to meet their needs. With what looks like another fishing season that will be a disaster for commercial fishermen, Market to Market traveled to Oregon to examine the issues of "Whose Water Is It."
