World War II Veteran: Leo Soderholm

Leo Soderholm was assigned to the 411th AAA gun battalion as their radar officer. Leo tells us about two significant new developments: radar, and the proximity fuse. His story includes the invasion at Utah beach, securing bridges for Patton on his way to Paris, the Rhine crossing at Mosselle, defending Metz, and liberating Dachau.
