During the brouhaha over Shirley Sherrod's resignation from the USDA, Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack mentioned that "tens of thousands" of claims of racial discrimination have been filed against the USDA. NEED TO KNOW's Alison Stewart examines the history of racial discrimination at the department, including the decline of black-owned farms in America.
