ZOOM, a daily PBS series for children, is motivating
kids all over the country to ZOOM Into Action by volunteering
in their communities. IPTV, along with the producers
of ZOOM, want to encourage kids to make a difference
in Iowa. We want kids to participate in service learning
activities, share their experiences, and send their
ideas to ZOOM and the
PBS ZOOM Web site.
Teachers and students from across Iowa have been ZOOMing
Into Action and have sent in their community service efforts in order
to showcase their community service project activities.
We invite you to explore what other schools have done to inspire your students as well. Check it out!
